 wurde von antiautoritären Psychotherapeut*innen in NYC mit dem Ziel gegr
 ündet\, eine selbstorganisierte Therapieform für emanzipatorische\, wide
 rständige Communities zu schaffen. Wir haben uns Anfang Februar 2024 mit 
 dem Ziel getroffen\, eine MAST Gruppe zu gründen und treffen uns mittlerw
 eile regelmäßig zu Therapieprozessen. An diesem Abend wollen wir von uns
 eren bisherigen Erfahrungen mit MAST berichten\, diese (kritisch) reflekti
 eren und uns über andere selbstorganisierte\, antiautoritäre Therapiefor
 men und Umgangsweisen mit psychischen Problemen austauschen.\n\nZum Weiter

 l Aid – Self_Social Therapy (MAST):\nAn anti-authoritarian approach to c
 ollectively dealing with our mental and emotional struggles // KÜFA\n\nMu
 tual aid / self_social therapy\, MAST\, was founded by anti-authoritarian 
 psychotherapists in NYC with the aim of creating a self-organized form of 
 therapy for emancipatory\, resistant communities.\nIt is based on the prin
 ciples of cognitive psychology and the knowledge of cognitive neurology an
 d\, as it was created by and for people critical towards domination\, focu
 ses on self-determination and emancipation.\nTransparent methods and tools
  are used in an open system that can develop and change with each session.
  Static or dogmatic solutions are rejected.\n\nWe met at the beginning of 
 February 2024 with the aim of founding a MAST group. Initially\, we looked
  at the structure and methods of MAST\, formed small groups and now meet r
 egularly for therapy processes.\nOn this evening\, we want to report on ou
 r experiences with MAST so far\, reflect on them (critically) and exchange
  ideas about other self-organized\, anti-authoritarian forms of therapy an
 d ways of dealing with mental health struggles.\n\nFor further reading and
