 )\n\nGegen das Abtreibungsverbot in Polen!\nSicherer und kostenloser Zugan
 g zur Abtreibung für alle!\nSolidaritätskundgebung mit der Pro-Choice-
 Bewegung in Polen und auf der ganzen Welt!\nDas polnische Verfassungsgeric
 ht verkündete vor Kurzem das Urteil bezüglich des Abtreibungsverbots. 
 Die Entscheidung wurde schon am 22. Oktober 2020 getroffen\, die Richter*i
 nnen des Verfassungsgerichts warteten jedoch mit der Veröffentlichung de
 r Urteilsbegründung bis zum 28. Januar 2021. Seitdem ist eine Abtreibung
  sowohl im Falle einer schweren und irreversiblen Fehlbildung des Fötus\
 , als auch einer unheilbaren und lebensgefährdenden Krankheit\, verfassu
 ngswidrig. Zur Zeit ist es möglich eine Abtreibung nur infolge einer Ver
 gewaltigung\, eines Verbrechens oder wenn die Schwangerschaft das Leben de
 r Mutter bedroht\, durchzuführen. In der Realität (Damit?) herrscht in
  Polen ein nahezu vollständiges Abtreibungsverbot. Im Jahr 2019 entschie
 den sich nur 3 Personen für eine Abtreibung aufgrund eines Verbrechen un
 d 33 Personen nahmen es durch die unmittelbare Lebensgefahr einer Schwange
 rschaft in Anspruch. Die Veröffentlichung des Gesetzes verursachte eine 
 neue Welle der Proteste.\nPolen befindet sich momentan auf einer Liste der
  Länder mit den restriktivsten Abtreibungsgesetzen der Welt.\nAm Freitag
  protestieren wir um 16Uhr am Willy-Brandt-Platz um unsere Solidarität m

 ności z ruchem z pro-choice w Polsce i na świecie!\nPolski Trybunał Kon
 stytucyjny wydał uzasadnienie wyroku w sprawie zakazu aborcji. Decyzja za
 padła już 22 października ubiegłego roku\, lecz sędziowie Trybunału 
 Konstytucyjnego zdecydowali się opublikować decyzję wraz z uzasadnienie
 m dopiero 28 stycznia. Od tego dnia aborcja w przypadku ciężkiego i nieo
 dwracalnego upośledzenia płodu albo nieuleczalnej choroby zagrażającej
  jego życiu\, jest niezgodna z polską konstytucją. Aborcja jest obecnie
  dozwolona tylko w przypadku gwałtu\, przestępstwa lub gdy ciąża bezpo
 średnio zagraża życiu osoby w ciąży. W praktyce oznacza to jednak pra
 wie całkowity zakaz aborcji - w 2019 roku jedynie trzy osoby zdecydowały
  się na dokonanie aborcji z powodu przestępstwa i 33 w wyniku zagrożeni
 a dla życia osoby w ciąży. Po publikacji nowego prawa przez Polskę prz
 etoczyła się fala protestów.\nPolska znajduje się obecnie na liście k
 rajów z najbardziej restrykcyjnymi ustawami antyaborcyjnymi na świecie.\
 nW piątek protestujemy na Willy-Brandt-Platz w Lipsku i okazujemy naszą 
 solidarność!\n\n[ENGLISH]\nAgainst the abortion ban in Poland!\nSafe and
  free access to abortion for everyone!\nDemonstration in solidarity with t
 he pro-choice movement in Poland and around the world!\nThe Polish Constit
 utional Tribunal issued the justification of the judgment on the prohibiti
 on of abortion last month. The Constitutional Tribunal's judgment was made
  already on October 22nd\, 2020\, but the judges decided to publish their 
 justification for the judgment only recently on January 28th\, 2021. From 
 that day on\, abortion in the case of a severe and irreversible fetal impa
 irment or an incurable disease that threatens life is not allowed accordin
 g to the Polish constitution. Abortion is currently only allowed in Poland
  in cases of rape or crime\, as well as when a pregnancy directly endanger
 s the life of the pregnant individual. However\, in practice\, this means 
 an almost COMPLETE ban on abortion in Poland. The fact is\, in 2019 only t
 hree people decided to have an abortion due to a crime\, and 33 people bec
 ause of a threat to the life of the pregnant individual. As a result of th
 e publication of these new anti-abortion laws\, waves of protests have swe
 pt over Poland.\nPoland is now on the list of countries with the most rest
 rictive anti-abortion laws in the world.\nThis Friday\, we will protest on
  Willy-Brandt-Platz in Leipzig in order to show our solidarity and speak u
