 er Joaquín Toledo will perform a repertoire consisting of his instrumenta
 l arrangements of traditional tangos and some of his own compositions. The
  origins of tango in the late 19th century are closely linked to the migra
 tion of the European working class to the port cities of the River Plate\,
  where Italian anarchists encountered African rhythms\, gaucho bravura\, a
 nd a future even more dire than the one they had fled.\n\nAfter the perfor
