 azzien in Ellwangen vor ein paar Jahren\, da war doch was...? An Seehofers
  Hetze gegen Geflüchtete danach erinnert ihr euch\, aber was ist aus den 
 Bewohner*innen der Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung geworden? Wie leben die Mensche
 n in Lagern überhaupt? Die Bilder aus Moria kennen viele\, aber auch in D
 eutschland müssen Geflüchtete in menschenunwürdigen Unterkünften leben
 \, sind der Gefahr von Übergriffen durch private Sicherheitsfirmen ausges
 etzt und müssen ein repressiven Regelsystem über sich ergehen lassen. Mi
 t keinem oder kaum Geld\, Arbeitsverpflichtungen und keinerlei Privatsphä
 re. \n\nEinige der Betroffenen der Razzien aus Ellwangen haben einen müh
 samen\, frustrierenden Rechtsweg gegen die Razzien eingeschlagen. Ihr Proz
 ess wurde mit einem weiteren vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht zusammengele
 gt. Kläger aus der Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung Freiburg haben gegen die repre
 ssive Hausordnung der Einrichtung geklagt. In beiden Verfahren geht es nun
  um den Grundrechtsschutz aus Art. 13 GG\, der Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnu
 ng\, in Flüchtlingsunterkünften. Sollte das Bundesverwaltungsgericht den
  Klägern das Grundrecht zusprechen\, müssen sämtliche Aufnahmegesetze d
 er Länder geändert werden. Im Prozess wird auch über die Rechtmäßigke
 it von Abschiebungen in Unterkünften entschieden. Es geht also um viel! 
 \n\nVor 30 Jahren wurde das Asylrecht durch den "Asylkompromiss" in Deutsc
 hland de facto abgeschafft. Heute organisieren wir uns gegen diese Kontinu
 ität der Ausgrenzungspolitik. Unterstützt die Kläger in ihrem Rechtskam
 pf und fordert gemeinsam mit uns die Abschaffung der Lager. Kommt am 15.06
  um 12.00 Uhr vor's Bundesverwaltungsgericht und bringt eure Freund*innen 
 mit! \nWie Geflüchtete nach ihrer Ankunft in Deutschland leben müssen\,

 n a few years ago\, there was something...? You remember Seehofer's agitat
 ion against refugees afterwards\, but what happened to the residents of th
 e initial reception center? How do people live in camps in the first place
 ? Many people know the pictures from Moria\, but also in Germany refugees 
 have to live in inhumane accommodations\, are exposed to the danger of att
 acks by private security companies and have to endure a repressive system 
 of rules. With no or hardly any money\, work obligations and no privacy.\n
 \nSome of those affected by the Ellwangen raids have taken an arduous\, fr
 ustrating legal route against the raids. Their lawsuit was consolidated wi
 th another before the Federal Administrative Court. Plaintiffs from the Fr
 eiburg initial reception facility have filed suit against the facility's r
 epressive house rules. Both proceedings are now about the protection of fu
 ndamental rights under Article 13 of the Basic Law\, the inviolability of 
 the home\, in refugee accommodations. If the Federal Administrative Court 
 grants the plaintiffs the fundamental right\, all the admission laws of th
 e federal states will have to be amended. The trial will also decide on th
 e legality of deportations in accommodations. So there is a lot at stake!\
 n\n30 years ago\, the right of asylum was de facto abolished by the "asylu
 m compromise" in Germany. Today we are organizing against this continuity 
 of exclusion policies. Support the plaintiffs in their legal fight and dem
