In dem Film wird die Kunst zu einem Weg\, die Revolution der Würde und den Angriffskrieg im Osten der Ukraine zu verstehen. FILM-CABARET is a tragicomic fil m concert by the music and theatre collective Dakh Daughters\, which was f ounded by actresses from the Dakh Theatre in Kyiv two years ago. In its sh ows\, the collective interprets cabaret art in a modern way: with carnival esque freedom\, the artists work through very serious topics in front of t he audience. In the film\, art becomes a way of understanding the Revoluti on of Dignity and the war in the East of Ukraine. The protagonists reveal this context in all the intricacies of their characters\, worldviews and c reative considerations. (Ukrainian with German subtitles)\n\n \;\nPODC AST FREMDGEHEN \nGastgeberinnen: Maria Svidryk und Mariya Zoryk\n\nMaria und Mariya\, zwei junge Ukrainerinnen in Deutschland\, erzählen von den H öhen und Tiefen ihrer Leben als Migrantinnen: Sie reden über Identitäts - und Magenprobleme\, über Geld- und Emotionssparsamkeit sowie über neue Versicherungen und alte Freund*innenschaften. Ihren Podcast FREMDGEHEN gr ündeten sie im ersten Lockdown im Frühling 2020. Letzten Herbst wurden d ie beiden Macher*innen für ihren Podcast mit dem Kulturpreis der Stadt Ba mberg ausgezeichnet. Seit Februar 2022 rechnen Maria und Mariya in FREMDGE HEN mit kolonialistischen Mythen über die Ukraine ab und reflektieren das Leben zwischen Krieg und Frieden.\n\nMaria und Mariya\, two young Ukraini ans in Germany\, reflect about the ups and downs of their migrant lives – talking about identity and stomach problems\, saving money and emotion s\, new insurances and old friendships. FREMDGEHEN was founded in the firs t lockdown in the spring of 2020. Last autumn Maria and Mariya were awarde d the cultural prize of the city of Bamberg for their podcast.
