Hey Sterne and friends 💜🖤❤️
As you all know, the new FLINTA* basketball team from Roter Stern Leipzig has started its first season in the district league with great spirits, stylish jerseys and many successes! This will be celebrated on 16.03. in the W1!

Playing as a FLINTA* team in the „women’s league“ presents us with all kinds of problems and discriminations, which can also be a financial burden. The fact that the German Basketball Association does not offer protection for trans and non-binary athletes makes us angry but does not stop us.

We want to celebrate having created our own safe space and at the same time collect start-up capital that we need for jerseys, match operations, travel costs and as a buffer against possible fines.
At the party, we will also be collecting money for our fellow Stern Benni, who is in custody as a result of the raids after Day X. You can find more information here: https://www.freexantifas.org/

💥Awareness: The party is a FLINTA* space where we invite everyone to celebrate together. We look forward to you joining us in creating a carefree atmosphere where discriminatory behavior and machismo are not tolerated. For this we ask everyone, and especially our cis (male) friends, to celebrate with their own privileges on mind and to make use of them. There will be an awareness team that you can turn to if you still need help in a situation. If you are not part of the FLINTA* spectrum, but would like to strengthen your support as an ally in some other way, you are welcome to pay an extra euro on entry.

Wie ihr alle wisst, ist das neue FLINTA* Basketball Team vom Roten Stern Leipzig mit bester Laune, schicken Trikots und vielen Erfolgen in die erste Saison in der Bezirksliga gestartet! Das wird am 16.03. in der W1 gefeiert!

Als FLINTA* Team in der „Frauen-Liga“ zu spielen, stellt uns vor verschiedenste Probleme und Diskriminierungen, die auch eine finanzielle Belastungen darstellen können. Das der deutsche Basketballverband keinen Schutz für Trans- und Nicht-Binären Sportler*innen bietet, macht uns wütend aber hält uns nicht auf.

Wir wollen feiern unseren eigenen Saferspace geschaffen zu haben und sammeln gleichzeitig Startkapital, das wir für Trikots, Spielbetrieb, Fahrtkosten und als Puffer gegen evtl. Strafzahlungen brauchen.
Auf der Party wird auch für unseren Mit-Stern Benni gesammelt, der als Folge der Razzien nach Tag X in U-Haft sitzt. Mehr Infos dazu findet ihr hier: https://www.freexantifas.org/

💥Awareness: Die Party versteht sich als FLINTA* space, in den wir alle einladen, um gemeinsam zu feiern. Wir freuen uns, dass ihr zusammen mit uns eine unbeschwerte Atmosphäre schafft, wo diskriminierendes Verhalten und Machismen nicht geduldet werden. Dafür bitten wir alle, und ganz besonders unsere cis- (männlichen) Freunde und Freundinnen, mit den eigenen Privilegien bewusst umzugehen und diese zu nutzen. Es wird ein Awareness Team geben, an das ihr euch wenden könnt, solltet ihr in einer Situation trotzdem Hilfe brauchen. Wenn du dem FLINTA* Spektrum nicht angehörst, aber als Verbündeter deinen Support noch irgendwie anders verstärken willst, kannst du beim Einlass gerne nen Euro mehr bezahlen.
