 IA"\, um 14-17Uhr /  2-5pm\n\nFR\nQu’est-ce que être Noir ? Qu’est-c
 e qu’être autre ? Que signifie faire partie d'une minorité qu’on opp
 resse  et d'être prêt à remettre en cause ces structures d'oppression\
 , pour en sortir ?\n\nÀ travers un théâtre qui joue avec les confusions
  des rôles et laisse la place à ceux.celles qui sont trop peu entendu.e.
 s \, nous voulons instaurer le dialogue là où des siècles d’histoire 
 se sont chargées d'établir divisions et haine.\n\nUn théâtre de l’op
 primé\, qui vise à déconstruire les hiérarchies sociales et scéniques
  et ouvrir les espaces aux personnes brimées.\nÀ travers cette forme th
 éâtrale qui à la fois déconstruit et construit un lieu de mise en lumi
 ère\, pour interroger l’ensemble des dominations: Capitaliste\, Patriar
 cale\, Sociétale\, Raciale (au sens Sociologique du terme) .\nIci il ne s
 ’agit pas de jouer un rôle professionnellement attribu.é\, mais de par
 tir du vécu pour entrer Politiquement en dialogue.\n\nPourquoi ma couleur
  me place-t'elle du côté des méprisés ?\nPourquoi contre le Capitalism
 e\, Paternalisme\, Racisme nous nous reconnaissons\, et décidons d’entr
 .er dans le dialogue des opprimé . e.s ?\n\nEn participant\, tu choisis d
 ’être confront é.e\, à des violences qui nous dépassent tous.tes tr
 ès souvent\, et tu accept e.s d’entendre certaines souffrances\, incomp
 réhensions\, divisions\, joies\, puissances\, sublimations.\nMais Attenti
 on\, il s’agit de garder en tête que c’est une Scène\, et que person
 ne\,ne possède la vérité absolue. Il ne s’agit pas non plus d’un tr
 ibunal des bonnes conduites ou une occasion de pugilat. Si tu n'es pas pr
 ès à entendre certaines choses\, alors abstiens-toi.\nNous ferons en sor
 te que l’espace crée soit un espace d’expérience sécurisé pour tou
 s le monde\, car bien évidemment\, toutes les discriminations sont exclue
 s.\n(parler de discriminations et les pratiquer en toute conscience sont d
 eux choses différentes.)\n\nWorkshop ouvert à tous.tes (multilingue\, li
 mité à 10 pers.) : certaines critères seront demander\, car nous visons
  une composition de 50% BI 50%Pocs/blancs. Donc dans ton mail précise de 
 quel coter les structures Paternaliste-Capitaliste te situent (genre\, sex
 e\, race). Et comme il s’agit de déconstruire\, on essayera après ça

 n? Was bedeutet es zu  einer unterdrückten Minderheit zu gehören. Was b
 edeutet es bereit zu sein\, die Strukturen der Unterdrückung in Frage zu 
 stellen\, um daraus auszubrechen ?\n\nDurch ein Theater\, das mit den Verw
 irrungen der Rollen spielt und Raum für diejenigen schafft\, die zu wenig
  gehört werden\, wollen wir einen Dialog einleiten\, da wo jahrhundertela
 nge Geschichte Spaltungen aufgebaut hat und Hass propagierte.\n\nWir wolle
 n ein Theater der Unterdrückten schaffen\, das auf eine Dekonstruktion ge
 sellschaftlicher und szenischer Hierarchien abzielt\, für eine Öffnung d
 er Räume für die\,\ndie strukturell benachteiligt sind.\nDurch diese the
 atrale Form wollen wir die Gesamtheit der kapitalistischen\, patriarchalis
 chen\, gesellschaftlichen und rassischen (im soziologischen Sinne des Begr
 iffs) Macht- und Herrschaftsverhältnisse dekonstruieren und in Frage stel
 len.\nHier\, geht es nicht darum\, eine zugewiesene Rolle zu spielen\, son
 dern aus der Erfahrung heraus in einen politischen Dialog zu treten.\n\nWa
 rum bringt mich meine Hautfarbe auf die Seite der Verschmähten?\nWarum di
 e herrschende Ordnung in Frage stellen oder dort stehen bleiben?\n\nMit de
 iner Teilnahme entscheidest du dich dafür\, mit einer Gewalt konfrontiert
  zu werden\, die uns alle sehr oft überwältigt und du nimmst in Kauf\, d
 u entscheidest dich dafür\, bestimmte Leiden\, Missstände\, Trennungen\,
  Freude\, Kräfte\, Sublimierung zu hören.\nAber Vorsicht\, man muss sich
  vor Augen halten\, dass es sich um eine Inszenierung handelt\, und dass n
 iemand die absolute Wahrheit besitzt. Es ist auch kein Gericht für das ri
 chtige Benehmen und keine Gelegenheit für Grundsatzdiskussionen. Wenn du 
 nicht bereit bist\, einige Dinge zu hören\, dann melde dich bitte nicht a
 n. \nWir wollen dafür sorgen\, dass der Workshop ein sicherer Erfahrungs
 raum für jede.n ist\, alle Diskriminierungsformen sind hier nicht willkom
 men (Über Diskriminierungen zu reden ist etwas anderes als sie (bewusst) 
 zu praktizieren.)\n\nWorkshop offen für alle (mehrsprachig\, auf 10 Perso
 nen begrenzt) : einige Kriterien werden erforderlich sein\, da wir eine Ko
 mposition von 50% BI 50% Pocs und Weißen anstreben. In deiner E-Mail soll
 test du deshalb angeben\, auf welcher Seite der paternalistisch-kapitalist
 ischen Strukturen du dich befindest (Geschlecht\, BI/PoC/weiß). Und da es
  sich um eine Dekonstruktion handelt\, werden wir versuchen\, aus diesen N

 What does it mean to belong to an oppressed minority? What does it mean to
  be willing to challenge the structures of oppression in order to get out 
 of them?\n\nThrough theatre that plays with the confusion of roles and cre
 ates space for those who are not heard enough we want to initiate dialogue
  where centuries of history have built divisions and propagated hatred.\n\
 nWe want to create a theatre of the oppressed that aims to deconstruct soc
 ial and scenic hierarchies\, for an opening of spaces for the tormented.\n
 Through this theatrical form\, we want to deconstruct and question the tot
 ality of capitalist\, patriarchal\, social and racial (in the sociological
  sense of the term) relations of power and domination.\nHere\, it is not a
 bout playing an assigned role\, but about entering into a political dialog
 ue from experience.\n\n Why does the colour of my skin put me on the side
  of the scorned?\nWhy should we decide one day to question the prevailing 
 order or to stay there?\n\nBy participating\, you choose to be confronted 
 with a violence that does very often overwhelm us all\, you choose to hear
  certain sufferings\, ills\, separations\, joy\, powers\, sublimation.\n\n
 But you have to keep in mind that it is a production\, and that no one has
  the absolute truth. It is also not a court of right of conduct or an oppo
 rtunity for pugilism. If you are not ready to hear some things\, please do
  not register. \nWe will make sure that the space is a safe space for eve
 ryone to experience\, then all forms of discrimination are naturally exclu
 ded here. ( Talking about discrimination is different from (consciously) p
 ractising it).\n\nWorkshop open to all (multilingual\, limited to 10 peopl
