 tern\, wie Freundschaften\, Schule und Selbstfindung\, sondern sich an ein
  anderes Land und eine neue Umgebung gewöhnen. Ihre Erfahrungen mit Vertr
 eibung\, Rassismus und dem Assimilationsdruck machen ihre Erzählungen vie
 lschichtig.\n\nParallel zum Alltag lässt Regisseurin Rand Beiruty die Mä
 dchen ihre Hoffnungen\, Träume und Ängste erforschen und anschließend S
 zenen schreiben\, die sie vor der Kamera darstellen. Der Film begleitet di
 e Mädchen auf ihrem Weg und ist gleichzeitig das Ergebnis ihrer künstler
