 m\n\nAfter a short introduction about the antipsychiatry movement\, we wil
 l share and discuss tools we can use in order to support each other when w
 e don’t feel good.\n\nCrisis plans and support groups are some of the to
 ols we can introduce in our lives and our communities\, among our friends 
 and affinity circles. So that a situation of distress or doubts does not r
 esult in social isolation - or face for unique possible answer the necessi
 ty to look alone for professional help.\n\nThey allow us to learn about ou
 rselves and what we experience\, to share those insights with people aroun
 d us\, and create the conditions we collectively need to develop skills an
 d capacities for community support.\n\nEmotional support will be available
 .\nDifferent resources in the forms of zines and posters will be proposed 
 to support the conversation and the reflection afterwards.\n\nMental healt
